Spring Meltdown Volunteer
Volunteer Descriptions:
Site Directors – Monitor all aspects of tournament. Help out where needed. Point person for questions.
Court Liason – Check nets, secure antenae and floor tiles. Make sure score tables have score sheets, sharp pencils, etc. Make sure games run on time. (Have refs start warm-up clock immediately after match is done.) Take score sheets to Tournament scoring station
Scoring / Bracketing – Record pool scores and calculate point differentials. Post results. Determine playoff seating. Hand out Awards
Concessions – Shift change – please plan on coming early and/or staying later to ensure a smooth changeover. Also, everyone come back to concessions between pool play and play-offs and check to see if help is needed.
